(SY Textile)   was established in 1987 as a famous professional manufacturer, specialized in producing  corduroy fabric mainly with Cotton, Polyester, Nylon, and Spandex material. In the past more than 30 years by support of the powerful government, society and continual effort of ourselves, SY Textile has strengthened the producing process control, enterprise management and self-promotion.    Our factory has the right to operate import and export, the Customs a management enterprise, product 40% export. All productions comply with international quality standard and are greatly appreciated in a several of different markets throughout the world. The main export markets are Europe, the United States, the Middle East, South Korea, Southeast Asia and South Africa. Products through the EU Oeko-Texstandard certification,GOTS, BCI,  ISO9001 product quality system and ISO14001 environmental protection system certification.

  There are 200 air jet machines, 100 rapier loom and 16 machines for jacquard in our factory for daily producing. Daily output could reach 50,000 yards, we also have auto-inspection machines to guarantee every roll fabric is perfect to avoid the defects. Pursuing for high quality and service, we built up our own lab in 2015, we do internal test for each lot in CF to washing, water, perspiration, rubbing, appearance after washing, dimensionality, moisture wicking, stretch & recovery. Most of the risk was avoided before delivery and better quality will be shown to customers.

   Currently, we work for Kmart Australia, LIDL Germany, ALDI Germany, Target Australia, JC Penny America, Walmart, Mango, H&M, and ZARA. Our well-equipped facilities and excellent quality control throughout all stages of production enables us to guarantee total customer satisfaction.
